    How I wish I had found this type of roaster years ago! No more foil, no more basting, no more getting hot under the collar every 20 mins! Chicken in, brushed with a little melted butter and oil, surrounded by veg, lid on, cook. Meltingly tender and succulent. Crispy skin and juices for luscious gravy. All types of roast are wonderful. So easy to clean too - no more hours scraping bits off - and comes up pristine. Thank you!
