In the event that goods are damaged in transit or a mistake has been made with the ordered items the customer is requested to notify Wares of Knutsford within seven days. Wares of Knutsford will send replacements for damaged items or other items as appropriate to fulfill the original customer order. Wares of Knutsford aim to fulfill orders correctly but in the unlikely event that incorrect goods have been delivered to the customer Wares of Knutsford will arrange for collection and re-supply of correct goods.
Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the purchase order, but the customer decides that the goods are not required then the customer must notify Wares of Knutsford within seven days and return the goods to the Wares of Knutsford Warehouse; Wares of Knutsford Ltd.,Unit D, Cranage Trade Park, Goostrey Lane, Cranage, Cheshire, CW4 8HE.On receipt of the returned items and subject to the items being in a good condition a full refund will be made to the value of the goods. Wares of Knutsford will not be liable for any return postage where it is the customer's choice to return the goods. Refunds will be made to the card used for the purchase of the goods. Should the customer require Wares of Knutsford to collect the goods and the return is the customer's choice then a charge of £12.50 is charged for the collection and return to Wares of knutsford Ltd.
Please note that when returning items to the Wares of Knutsford warehouse it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are repackaged in such a way as to ensure their safe receipt.
