Falcon’s vitreous enamel grill pan is a superior version of a household staple. Heavy duty, it comes complete with a detachable handle making it easy to store. The surface is resistant to scratches and knife marks. Dishwater proof, it measures 23.8x40.5x4cm high. It’s the perfect replacement grill pan which will give many years of service.

Falcon’s vitreous enamel roasters are among the very best.  We stock two different designs of black roasters: oval and round, both with 2 side handles. The oval roaster with its distinctive dome is a classic self –roaster saving you time in the kitchen. We stock the 33.5cm size. The round roaster is also self-basting, and both styles help to retain flavour throughout roasting. The round roaster is stocked in the 22.5cm size.

The vitreous enamel Masterclass’ roasting pans, baking trays and sheets offer superior quality.  Helpfully, they can be used with metal utensils. The roasting pan is available in 2 designs: one square and another rectangular. The rectangular roasting pan measures 40cm x 28cm x 7.5cm and the square version 23cm x 23cm. The square version is also perfect for baking and cooking everything from lasagne and moussaka to cakes. Both come with a twenty-five year guarantee and are dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe.

The baking sheet in this range is made from 1mm carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating.  It measures 35cm x 28cm, is suitable for all heat sources and also has a twenty-five year guarantee. It’s ideally suited to baking biscuits and cookies.

The Masterclass range also includes 2 baking trays. Also suitable for any heat source  and come in either a 23cm x 18cm or 40cm x 27cm x 2cm size.
