CANCELLATION / UNWANTED GOODS

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases and you the customer therefore have the right to cancel your order without reason within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. Once goods have been cancelled we will refund the monies paid for the goods within 30 working days. You are responsible for the return carriage cost for unwanted goods. Goods must be unused and in its original packaging. To return an item, please fill in the returns note which came inside your parcel. This form helps us to process your return as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS

We will replace or refund damaged or incorrectly supplied goods at our cost as long as they are returned within 30 days of receipt. We may require the return of the goods before sending a replacement or refund. To return an item, please fill in the returns note which came inside your parcel. This form helps us to process your return as quickly as possible so we can replace or reimburse the full purchase price of the goods returned, plus any postage costs incurred.

REFUNDS

Please note for all returns any refund due to you will be made in like format to your purchase transaction. A refund will be issued within 30 days of the item being received by us.
