Postage and Packing

1) Confirmation - An e-mail will be sent to you confirming successful transmission. An order confirmation will then be posted to you. This will provide your order confirmation number, details of all products purchased and your delivery address. All prices on this confirmation are shown inclusive of VAT, as this is your VAT receipt.

2) Delivery Charges - Orders collected directly from us incur no handling charge. All other deliveries are charged at £3.95 for postage and packing.

Unduly heavy or bulky parcels may attract an additional charge (we will contact you first before processing your order)

International Orders see below.

3) Delivery Times - Most orders will be sent out within seven days. However should an item be out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. Customers will be advised should there be a delay of longer than fourteen days.

If for any reason beyond our control the delivery time changes between order and dispatch we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative time.

4) International Orders - for orders received from outside the UK we will contact you with a quotation for packing and postage charges applicable to your order. Upon confirmation from you that this charge is acceptable we will process your order.
