The vintage look rectangular enamel pie dishes in various sizes are a must for any kitchen.   Perfect for small portions of pie etc. and made from durable steel, hand-dipped and double-coated in enamel to ensure even cooking and browning.

    Already used them to make minced beef and onion pies to go with mashed potatoes and parsley liquor (and eels if I can find them here in the States).
    They turned out perfectly.
