Prepare & Fill
Wash and sterilise your Weck jar, lid and sealing ring. Fill with your prepared fruit, vegetables or recipe, leaving the recommended headspace.
Seal & Process
Place the rubber sealing ring onto the lid, position on the jar and secure with the metal clips. Process in a water bath or pressure canner according to your recipe.
Cool & Check
Allow the jars to cool completely. Once cooled, remove the clips and gently lift the jar by the lid — if sealed correctly, the lid will remain firmly attached. Store in a cool, dry place.
