Available in a variety of pack sizes, our 63mm replacement lids are FSA approved and BPA free, making them perfect whether you need a few spare lids for your kitchen or larger quantities for your business. Helpful hand application tips
These lids can be applied by machine or by hand. Follow these simple tips for the best seal, or read our Guide to Twist Off Lids for more detailed advice.

Do not overtighten – a quarter turn is all that's needed.

Check the lid is correctly positioned and not cross-threaded.

For best results, lids can be gently warmed to a maximum of 60°C before application.

Apply firm downward pressure while tightening.

Leave approximately 10mm (5%) headspace when filling jars to achieve the best vacuum seal.
