BUY TOGETHER
Share a Pallet with Your Society or Group
A group order brings several people’s requirements together into one larger purchase. It can be a useful option for beekeeping associations, preserving groups and other societies whose members use similar jars or bottles.
For example, a beekeeping society could purchase a pallet of honey jars, with each member taking an agreed quantity. A boxed pallet can make it easier to divide the order between members. It helps keep the unit cost lower for the whole group.
01
Gather Requirements
Choose an organiser to collect members’ product choices, closure preferences and quantities. Combining these details gives you a clear total to work with when requesting a quotation.
02
Arrange the Order
The organiser coordinates the order and payment with us and agrees a suitable delivery location. Think about access, unloading and where the glass will be kept before members collect it.
03
Share the Pallet
Once the order arrives, members collect their agreed quantities from the shared location. Organising collection in advance helps everything run smoothly and keeps storage manageable.
At Wares, we can bag up lids for each member if required.
MULTIPLE PALLET ORDERS
A Quote Built Around Your Requirements
If you’re buying multiple pallets, we can prepare a quotation around the products and quantities you need.
We’ll consider your chosen product, closures, delivery location and whether you’re placing a one-off order or planning regular purchases. To help us quote accurately, include product names or codes, quantities, closure preferences, your delivery postcode and when you need the goods. If you have an idea of your ongoing requirements, let us know that too.
You don’t need to have every detail decided before contacting us. Our team can help you explore the options.
Request a Bespoke QuotationBefore Your Pallet Arrives
Pallet deliveries need a little more preparation than a parcel. Before ordering, check that your chosen location can receive the delivery and that you have suitable arrangements to move and store the glass.
- Check delivery access. Tell us about narrow roads, restricted entrances, uneven surfaces or other access limitations.
- Agree unloading arrangements. Let us know whether you have a forklift or need to discuss a tail-lift delivery.
- Prepare your storage space. Make sure there is suitable space for the pallet and a practical way to move the glass after delivery.
- Arrange for someone to receive it. Ensure the person accepting the delivery knows where it should go and what has been ordered.
A Few Things You Might Be Wondering…

Bulk pallets are generally supplied as a single product.
