Plastic Duet Caps are hand applied and are automatically tamper evident (i.e. they leave the ring behind on the bottle neck much like a bottle of Coke)
Aluminium caps (28mm) can also be hand applied, or can be machine applied. If hand applying a crimping tool is needed to squeeze the bottle of the cap and make the tamper evident ring grip the bottle. But of course the caps are fine to hand apply without crimping if the tamper evident function is not required.
