I was originally sent the wrong product but on informing the company of the problem I was immediately contacted and the mistake was instantly rectified. Very impressive customer service and the ribbon is lovely too. The ribbon looks natural but decorative, so perfect to decorate the flower jars for my daughter's 21st table decorations.
