Finding your product

• type a keyword into the search box at the top of each page
• browse the products by category: kitchenware, enamelware, old english pottery, galvanised, household, knutsford gift ware and miss matty's old fashioned favourites.

Selecting your product

• click the "Add" or "Add to Basket" button to store your product
• click the "Hide Basket" button to carry on shopping
• click the "My Shopping Basket" at the top of each page to view your basket at any time
• when you're ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button

Purchasing your product

• tell us where to deliver and invoice your product
• choose how you would like to pay. We welcome these payment options
• click the "continue" button to receive confirmation of your order
• at this point you may choose whether to finalise your transaction ONLINE or PRINT & FAX your order.
• check your order details and click the "order online" button to finalise your transaction online or "print order" to print and fax your order to Wares of Knutsford.
