About Wares

Wares became known locally as an Aladdin's Cave where customers received a personal service and good old fashioned courtesy.

Knutsford's shopping culture has changed radically in the last few years and now the retail outlet of Wares has closed down to concentrate on the mailorder side of the business.

The same service, courtesy and choice of traditional goods is now available nationwide "on line" and we hope to announce a new location for picking up preserving equipment in person in the not too distant future.

We hope you will enjoy stepping back in time and into Wares of Knutsford.

The new location for picking up goods is our warehouse based at Goostrey Country and Leisure, Goostrey Lane, Cranage, Cheshire, CW4 8HE. Two miles North of Holmes Chapel turn right off the A50 going towards Knutsford. Coming from Knutsford it is 8 miles on the A50 going towards Holmes Chapel, turn left off the A50 just after Woodside Golf Club.
